Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! What a ride.'
I would love to say that I am going to sit down and write about all of these pictures but that's not the case! I'm on my way out the door to go for a swim and to get ready for the Longhorn Triathlon in Austin in October...Curt has decided he wants to do it too! YEAH! Hope every one is doing great out there in blog land. :)

I am a newlywed, I love my husband because he's as crazy as I am. I am a Christian, I love my God because He puts up with me and His grace is what gets me from day to day. I am a step-mom, I love my step son because he is part of my husband and he's one cool kid. I am a twin, I love my brother because he's my womb-mate. I am a triathlete!!! I just finished my first race on October 8, 2006. I am passionate about many things, but politics certainly is not one of them. I like to think that I am pretty laid back, I am mastering this the older I get. I love hanging out with a group of friends that I am so lucky to have. I own a guitar and can only play 6 notes on it. I love to get it out and walk around the house and pretend that I am a rock star. This usually involves jumping and flipping my hair. I have my nose pierced and a tattoo. I can't wait to be a mom and teach my children that there is nothing better than being unique.

Last you I carried the name of somebody you know surviving cancer with me during Ironman Florida. This year I plan on carrying names with me during Ironman Wisconsin. May I carry her name again? I set up a place on my blog to submit names. It's under my photo on the right side of the page.
