Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! What a ride.'
Tomorrow is our 10K Mud Run. 15 obstacle courses laid out on the muddiest course in Texas. We have 2 teams of 5, it is SOOOOO going to rock. I'll post some pictures later this weekend.

I am a newlywed, I love my husband because he's as crazy as I am. I am a Christian, I love my God because He puts up with me and His grace is what gets me from day to day. I am a step-mom, I love my step son because he is part of my husband and he's one cool kid. I am a twin, I love my brother because he's my womb-mate. I am a triathlete!!! I just finished my first race on October 8, 2006. I am passionate about many things, but politics certainly is not one of them. I like to think that I am pretty laid back, I am mastering this the older I get. I love hanging out with a group of friends that I am so lucky to have. I own a guitar and can only play 6 notes on it. I love to get it out and walk around the house and pretend that I am a rock star. This usually involves jumping and flipping my hair. I have my nose pierced and a tattoo. I can't wait to be a mom and teach my children that there is nothing better than being unique.

1800 people in the mud? That sounds wild. Should be a lot of fun.
Mud run? Looks like a lot of fun! Why don't we have events like this in Singapore?
Come to think of it, you gotta be pretty fit to run thru 10K of mud...
